The first airport to make it into the AirHelp rankings is Toulouse-Blagnac. Ranked 115th in the world, it obtained an overall score of 7.6 points: 7.4 for the punctuality7.7 for customer reviews and 8.2 for leisure facilities such as stores and restaurants.

Nantes-Atlantique: A Remarkable Entrance

For the first time, the airport Nantes-Atlantique makes its appearance in the AirHelp rankings. Ranked with an overall score of 7.5, its strengths include a score of 7.3 for punctuality, 8.2 for user feedback, and 7.4 for services offered.

Lyon Saint-Exupéry: A Sure Value

Despite a loss of two places on the previous year, the airport of Lyon Saint-Exupéry is in 142nd position, with an average score of 7.47. It stands out for its scores of 7.1 for punctuality, 8 for customer reviews, and 8.1 for sales and catering space.

Bordeaux-Mérignac: Stability and Reliability

Ranked fourth among French airports, Bordeaux-Mérignac maintains its place in the ranking with an average score of 7.43, ranking 150th worldwide.

The major Parisian platforms

Parisian airports Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle are also present in the AirHelp rankings, although they have lost a few places. Orly ranked 186th with an average score of 7.26, and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle is ranked 229th with an overall score of 7.02.

The AirHelp report points out that some French airports had to cope with declining rankings this year, partly due to the entry of new international airports to the list.
